By using the Teamchi web site and service, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Privacy policy, including any subsequent changes or modifications to them.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Privacy policy, please do not use the Teamchi web site and service.

General conditions

Your use of Teamchi is at your sole risk. Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do take uptime of our service seriously but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

Technical support is provided by email (...). We usually try to respond within a day or two.

We will notify each registered active account owner via email for every modification of these Terms and Privacy policy.

We as humans can access your data to help you with support requests you make and to maintain Teamchi to ensure the security of your data and the service as a whole.


We don't share, send or sell your data to third-parties. We don't even use tracking cookies or analytic tags.

The only third party vendors we use are those required to provide the necessary network infrastucture (Vultr) and payment processing (Paddle) to run Teamchi.

At Teamchi, we are committed to complying with GDPR, CCPA and other privacy regulations.

Personal information and user data

We take many measures to protect and secure your data through integration tests, backups, redundancies, and encryption.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Registered accounts are allowed to upload and store images, documents, and other files.

If you decide to remove your content (for example, deleting an employee document) it will be deleted permanently from our server(s) and we will not be able restore it.

We will retain your information as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide you with the services or as otherwise set forth in this policy.

Under no circumstances will Teamchi be liable in any way for any user content that violates any party's intellectual property or this policy. You agree to immediately take down any content that violates this policy, including pursuant to a takedown request from Teamchi.

Payments processing

You expressly understand and agree that Teamchi shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

  • the use or the inability to use the services;
  • the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the services;
  • unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
  • statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
  • or any other matter relating to this Terms or the services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
